What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred date, number of guests and the content of your message. We also record your IP address and the time of submission for security purposes.
Why we process it
To reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained for [X] months and then deleted, unless a booking follows.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to [email address]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
