Booking and payment
A quote request does not constitute a booking. A booking is confirmed only once we send written confirmation and the deposit of [X]% has been received. The balance is due [on the day of the tour / X days before departure].
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to [X] hours before departure. Later cancellations are charged at [X]%.
Weather
If sea conditions make the tour unsafe, the skipper may modify the itinerary or cancel the departure. In case of cancellation by us, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
On board
The skipper has final authority on all matters of safety and navigation. Guests must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.
